Humanmade Recurring Payment Terms

By enrolling into any recurring User Access plans, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions statement:

I, the Customer, authorize Humanmade to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account I specified, or to automatically debit the checking or savings account I specified for payments due to Humanmade for my recurring user access plan I have chosen.

I understand that Humanmade will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to this authorization not to exceed the amount shown on my recurring Humanmade bill. Humanmade will initiate transfers or charges each billing cycle on the date my bill is due. The origination of ACH transactions to my checking or savings account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

Humanmade may continue to attempt processing any past-due payments at any time up until Humanmade closes the account.  Humanmade may choose at their discretion to keep open or close an account at any point if the account is in a past-due status.  Humanmade may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Humanmade is unable to secure funds from my debit or credit card or from my bank account for the payments I have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information I provided. IF I CANNOT PAY MY BILL, MY HUMANMADE ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAYMENT IS PROCESSED.  Humanmade may choose to discontinue recurring charges and close the account at any time if there are any past-due charges.  A suspended account does NOT allow entry into Humanmade.

I also understand that this authorization to pay my Humanmade account identified above by recurring charges or debits is entirely optional and is not required to obtain or maintain my account with Humanmade.

I am responsible for providing Humanmade with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. I understand that I may update my billing information by navigating to my personal profile in the Glofox Humanmade app, emailing billing@humanmade.org, or contact Member Services directly, at minimum seven (7) days prior to my next due date to request recurring payments be changed or discontinued, or payment information updated.  Humanmade will not initiate further transfers or charges after I have cancelled and has had seven (7) days to process my request. I also understand that I am not waiving my rights under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act to stop payments by directly contacting the financial institution where I have the checking or savings account I specified above, and that my exercise of such rights does not constitute a breach of this authorization.

Members are responsible for failed prints caused by unattended printers, and may be found to be financially responsible for damage to the machine if the damage could have been easily prevented by frequently checking the machine and print status.

  • Service animals are permitted on-site. (We strongly suggest for your service animals health and well being that you put a good deal of thought and consideration into deciding which areas of the workshop to enter with your animal. Areas such as the Machine Shop, Wood Shop, Welding/Hot Shop, and Metal Shop present serious environmental hazards for your animal. These areas are prone to loud/high pitch noises, sharp metal/wood debris, sparks, molten/hot metal, UV light exposure that could cause retina damage, projectiles of various sizes, and irritating dust/noxious fumes.)
